What we make

Seven shapes. One process.

Every piece below started as a vector file and ended as cured soft PVC — layered by hand, edge-defined, and finished to a spec sheet the client signed off before bulk. Tap any photo to see it larger, and if your product isn't here, ask.

Keychains

2D, 3D & wristband

The workhorse. Die-cut to any silhouette, sculpted in the round with a different design on each face, or moulded as a strap riveted to a split ring.

Luggage Tags

With name-and-address window

Travel, loyalty and onboarding giveaways. Moulded strap or buckle, with a printed detail card behind a clear window on the reverse.

Coasters

Round or square, sets with holder

Raised-border PVC coasters for bars, cafés and desks. Supplied loose or as a stacked set in a moulded holder.

Bar Mats

Studded, non-slip base

Service runners for spirits and beer. Raised lettering in metallic or flat fill, studded top to catch drips, wipes clean behind the counter.

Fridge Magnets

Souvenir, retail & campaign

Die-cut magnets in full relief — crests, characters and slogans. The longest-lived thing on this page: it stays on the door for years.

Patches & Labels

Sew-on, adhesive or hook-loop

Raised-logo labels for apparel, bags, helmets and uniforms. Sharp edge definition down to small type, in one colourway or several from a single mould.

How it's made

From artwork to carton in four moves.

The order matters — each step locks something the next one can't undo. You approve the sample before we cut a single bulk piece.

Artwork & die line

Share your artwork with us, and we'll recreate it in the best possible way, ensuring it's production-ready.

Mould Tooling

The approved die line is CNC-cut into a precision mould, made specifically for your design and retained for repeat orders.

3–4 days · one-time

Colour fill & cure

Soft PVC is filled shade by shade into the mould cavity, then heat-cured so colours sit flush and never peel off.

Sample in 2–3 days
04

QC & dispatch

Trim, ring-fit, piece-level check against the signed sample, poly-bag and carton, then out on a pan-India courier.

Bulk in 10–15 days
